Physical Therapist: Orthopedic, Sports and Pelvic Health

Great Bay Staffing Group•Natick, MA

About The Position

This therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Natick provides 40-minute, one-on-one sessions for evaluations and every follow-up visit. Therapists are not expected to treat multiple patients simultaneously or hand treatment off to a technician. Clinical decisions are made by clinicians, and there are no productivity minimums. The clinic offers scheduling options, including a choice of start times and compressed-week options for the right candidate. Most therapists finish notes during treatment time and leave on time most days. The position treats an orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health caseload, emphasizing individualized care. Therapists evaluate patients, develop and adapt plans of care, and help patients return to activities that matter to them. The clinic reports up to 12 patients per day and an average of 50–52 visits per week. There are bi-weekly clinical meetings, opportunities to collaborate with fellow clinicians, and the chance to build a specialty practice in areas such as pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling. New and recent graduates are welcome and are paired with a senior therapist for 6–12 months of structured mentorship. Mentorship includes two 40-minute meetings each week, shaped around the therapist’s growth needs. The clinic also sponsors advanced certifications such as AAOMPT and supports therapists who need additional time to pursue them. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a quarterly productivity bonus. The clinic provides a $1,500 annual continuing education allowance. Benefits include paid time off, sick days, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, a 401(k) with match, and a free fitness club membership.
