Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Weekends
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide home-based care to patients with physical impairments. The therapist examines and treats patients using physical modalities to help improve mobility, function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living. Specialty programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. The Physical Therapist administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches family members and other members of the health care team. Care is provided in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts, with Saturday and Sunday mandatory.
Requirements
- Must work four 10-hour shifts, with Saturday and Sunday mandatory.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
