About The Position

HCRC Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role is based in a modern, state-of-the-art clinic with an established patient base and a collaborative team of physicians, therapists, and support staff. The Physical Therapist helps patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care. The position offers a four-day work week, no nights or weekends, and opportunities for paid training and career growth.

Requirements

• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Nice To Haves

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients throughout their recovery.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team.
