About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient practice at 316B Allegheny Blvd, Franklin, PA 16323. The therapist will treat a diverse range of diagnoses in a busy, dynamic, patient-focused environment and help patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they love. New graduates are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, with two to three evenings until 6 p.m. Evening flexibility and occasional Saturdays are required. Compensation is up to $90,000 annually based on experience, plus an offer of up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student loan repayment.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
