About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group partners with physician practices nationwide and is a preferred outpatient orthopedic therapy service provider to the Munfordville, KY community through its partnership with Family Medical Center of Hart County. They are seeking a Physical Therapist committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through advancing patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. This role involves building integral relationships with physician partners to provide exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing, while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment. Full-time (30+ hours/week) and Part-time hours are available.
Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services.
- Coordinate patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
- Build integral relationships with physician partners.
