About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group, in partnership with Family Medical Center of Hart County, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team in Munfordville, KY. The role focuses on providing a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care and evidence-based treatment. The position emphasizes building relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and foster a positive healing environment, while promoting a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere. Both full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time hours are available.
Requirements
- Current or pending PTA license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- CPR certified
