About The Position

At Ivy Rehab, Physical Therapists (PTs) have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth. This position utilizes ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to significantly reduce documentation time, allowing clinicians to spend more quality time with patients and keep notes at work. We offer Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military. There is a Clinical Career Ladder to incentivize clinical accomplishments, an internal travel program, and the opportunity to open your own clinic(s) with equity. Requirements

Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
