Physical Therapist - Delran, NJ
About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Delran and surrounding communities, including Burlington and Lumberton, New Jersey. Care is delivered in private residences and senior living communities using FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model. Clinicians help patients improve mobility, independence, wellness, longevity, and quality of life through evaluations, individualized plans of care, and evidence-based treatment. Telehealth and other virtual care may also be incorporated when appropriate. The role offers autonomy to create and manage a treatment schedule, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. FOX offers full-time, part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex employment pathways. Full-time roles are salaried with benefits; part-time benefits eligibility is based on a minimum-hours requirement; and PRN/FOX Flex compensation is per unit. New graduates may be eligible for FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, and H1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians. In New Jersey, the standard base pay range for a full-time role is $70,000–$102,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex/PRN compensation is prorated. The position involves in-home and community-based care, driving to patient locations, and meeting the physical demands of patient care.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, CPR, patient transfers and bed mobility, repositioning patients, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.
- Ability to wear PPE when required.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
- Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
- Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and Fitness Specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
- Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
- Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
