About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in South Windsor, Connecticut. The stand-alone clinic serves a diverse patient population, including middle and high school athletes returning to sport and mature patients working to improve function and balance and reduce fall risk. Two full-time physical therapists currently support the clinic, and the team is seeking an additional motivated clinician.

The role involves evaluating and treating patients, directing and documenting treatment, maintaining required training and regulatory compliance, communicating respectfully with colleagues and patients, and participating in center meetings as directed. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The stated salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and a student debt repayment benefit. Mentorship and orientation are offered, along with opportunities to develop clinical skills and pursue specialties.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
