About The Position

Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join their clinic in Oregon City, Oregon. This is a nonprofit pediatric clinic that has been supporting Oregon families for over 35 years, focusing on relationships, play-based therapy, and meeting families where they are. They offer mentorship, flexibility, and a supportive team environment for both experienced and early-career PTs.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in pediatrics.
  • New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
