Looking for a PRN Physical Therapist opportunity in a great northern Michigan community? We’re looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide PRN coverage in Bellaire, MI. Requirements

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services
• Help patients achieve their functional goals
• Collaborate with patients, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team to provide quality outcomes.
