About The Position

Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time hybrid Physical Therapist in Millinocket, Maine. The role is split between three days per week in the sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department and two days per week working from home to provide telehealth therapy. The therapist will provide comprehensive, compassionate care and collaborate with rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff. Preferred Therapy Solutions is therapist-owned and operated and emphasizes appropriate, ethical patient care, work-life balance, and continuing education.

Requirements

• Hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services at a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and remotely through telehealth.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
