Requirements

Hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Have experience with electronic documentation.
Demonstrate attention to detail and timely documentation.
Work well with others in a team setting.
Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities
