The Rehabilitation Supervisor is responsible for the day to day direction and management of the assigned business unit, including the supervision of employees and department operations. This role involves working alongside professional staff, evaluating and treating patients, and demonstrating leadership and communication skills. The supervisor will also be involved in budgeting, payroll oversight, PIP plans, inventory management, hiring, and business development. The position requires the ability to provide age-appropriate care and an understanding of growth and development across the lifespan. Additionally, the role includes participation in program development, student supervision, committees, safety, infection control, and maintaining awareness of legal issues and patient rights.
