About The Position

Work Schedule : Part-time, 75% FTE, 30 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. We are seeking a Physical Therapist - to: Evaluate and treat patients in a Sports Rehab setting Work in Sports-specific rehab for competitive athletes, tactical athletes (police, fire, military), aging athletes and post operative recovery Potential opportunities to work in sports specialty clinics (runners, golfers, throwers, swimmers, dancers clinics are just a few) Opportunity for involvement in Sports Residency program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
• 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
