About The Position
Join a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on Oahu built around one mission: helping seniors stay steady, mobile, and safe in their own homes. We're looking for licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who bring both clinical skill and genuine heart to every visit.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus)
- Sharp documentation habits and clear communication
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home physical therapy visits across Oahu
- Perform evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk screenings
