Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in Missouri
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A commitment to patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Educating patients and families on care plans and progress
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
- Completing timely and accurate documentation
