$75,000 - $80,000Onsite

About The Position

This PT/PTA role is designed for clinicians who refuse to choose between professional fulfillment and personal freedom. You'll work with motivated, active patients who are eager to recover and get back outside — making every session genuinely rewarding. Flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, unlimited continuing education and a supportive clinical team mean you can do your best work without sacrificing the Colorado lifestyle that brought you here in the first place. Many therapists move here for the lifestyle—and stay for the career growth, community, and mentorship opportunities. This is a place where you can practice hands-on PT, take ownership of your patients, and develop into a future clinic leader while building the life you love. Physical Therapy of the Rockies was founded in 2015 by a PT who wanted to create a practice built around clinical excellence, not productivity quotas. Today, it has two locations, over 10 clinicians, and a credential stack that includes Diploma Osteopractic, McKenzie, vestibular rehab, dry needling, and spinal manipulation. You’ll join a team where mentorship is part of the job, collaboration is real, and professional growth is encouraged. Our clinics consistently rank in the top tier nationally for patient outcomes, and we prioritize creating a work environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
