About The Position
BrightStar Care of Southwest Atlanta & College Park is seeking licensed physical therapists and occupational therapists to provide in-home therapy services to clients in Fulton County. Therapists will work as independent contractors on a per-visit basis, accepting or declining cases as they are offered. Clients pay privately, through long-term care insurance, or through VA benefits.
Requirements
- Active Georgia PT or OT license in good standing
- One or more years of clinical experience
- Professional liability insurance carried by the contractor
- Individual NPI number
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Background check and license verification before the first assignment

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home therapy to clients.
