About The Position

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring an Occupational Therapist for its Home Care team. The role provides personalized care to residents who live on campus, supporting them throughout the continuum of care and helping with daily living activities while addressing their individual needs.

The Occupational Therapist takes a holistic approach to residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs; implements personal care plans centered on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines; and works with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed. The position is paid per diem at a flat rate of $55 per hour. Seabrook is a continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, managed by Erickson Senior Living.

Requirements

• Current CPR certification.
• Valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience working with the older adult population in a therapy-related capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic approach that supports residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed throughout their care.
