About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to help clients live life to the fullest in their own homes. This PRN role offers the flexibility to design creative, client-centered interventions and includes the use of a company vehicle for travel to client visits, which may be up to one hour away. The ideal candidate will be skilled in ADL training, home safety evaluations, adaptive equipment recommendations, cognitive and functional assessments, and client/family education.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Home Care experience
- Skilled in ADL Training and Home Safety Evaluations
- Skilled in Adaptive Equipment Recommendations
- Skilled in Cognitive and Functional Assessments
- Skilled in Client & Family Education
- Problem-solver who loves thinking outside the box
