We are seeking a Physical Therapist to help people regain independence and mobility in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact. A company vehicle is provided for visits, and travel may be required up to one hour one way.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Home Care experience
- Skilled in Functional Mobility and Gait Training
- Skilled in Post-surgical Rehabilitation
- Skilled in Fall Prevention Strategies
- Skilled in Client & Family Education
- Skilled in Care Plan Development & Implementation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
