About The Position
Atlantic Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Somerset County. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren. Our Home care and Hospice teams work with more than our patients, we work with their families, inside their homes and in their community. Requirements
- Physical Therapist license
- Ability to work 8am-4pm
- Ability to work in Somerset County
