Physical Therapist I
About The Position
Duly Health and Care is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in Downers Grove, Illinois. The role provides individualized, one-on-one care with dedicated time for patients, built-in documentation time, and no double booking or required marketing. The therapist will join an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting a variety of patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. They will work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants, physicians, and advanced practice providers, with opportunities to develop clinical specialties and pursue pathways in specialty practice, education, and leadership. The schedule is Monday through Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM; the last patient is scheduled at 6:00 PM. Base salary is $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. The position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
