About The Position

The Physical Therapist I provides evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients. The role prepares and maintains accurate patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing documentation, and participates in the clinical supervision of students. This is a full-time outpatient position in Evanston, Illinois, with rotating day and evening shifts. Some shifts extend until 7 p.m.; Saturday hours may be 8 a.m. to noon. Required travel and holiday work are not expected.

Requirements

Graduation from an eligible physical therapy program approved by the specified allied health or medical education accrediting organizations, or an educational equivalent.
Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.
