About The Position

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Physical Therapists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with an interest in vestibular rehabilitation to join an established, growing program focused on helping patients improve balance, reduce dizziness, restore confidence, and return to the activities that matter most. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vestibular clinician or a motivated new graduate with a strong interest in vestibular therapy. A structured mentoring program is available to support clinical growth, including support for new graduates and clinicians developing vestibular expertise. Continuing education support is provided, including a CE budget, access to MedBridge, and blocked time for professional learning. Support from a dedicated clinician clinic manager and a physical therapy program manager is available. Specialty vestibular equipment, resources, a modern clinic space, and an established referral base are provided.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Nice To Haves

Competency based training in vestibular rehabilitation
Experience working with patients with vestibular and balance disorders
Clinical skills in vestibular assessment and treatment techniques

Responsibilities

Performing thorough evaluations of patients with vestibular, balance, and dizziness-related concerns
Developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based vestibular rehabilitation strategies
Collaborating with vestibular physical therapists, vestibular audiologists, referring providers, and the broader rehabilitation team
