At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Physical Therapists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with an interest in vestibular rehabilitation to join an established, growing program focused on helping patients improve balance, reduce dizziness, restore confidence, and return to the activities that matter most. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vestibular clinician or a motivated new graduate with a strong interest in vestibular therapy. You can expect a structured mentoring program to support clinical growth, including support for new graduates and clinicians developing vestibular expertise. We also offer continuing education support, including a CE budget, access to MedBridge, and blocked time for professional learning. You will have support from a dedicated clinician clinic manager and a physical therapy program manager who understand the needs of rehabilitation providers. The role includes access to specialty vestibular equipment, resources, a modern clinic space, and an established referral base. Key responsibilities include performing thorough evaluations of patients with vestibular, balance, and dizziness-related concerns, developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based vestibular rehabilitation strategies, and collaborating with vestibular physical therapists, vestibular audiologists, referring providers, and the broader rehabilitation team.
