About The Position

Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth.

Requirements
