About The Position

We’re looking for a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saugus, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PT who is ready to grow into leadership—or an established leader who wants the chance to help shape a clinic and team from the ground up. Our low-volume, 1:1 treatment model gives you the opportunity to truly focus on the person in front of you instead of feeling like you’re constantly rushing from one patient to the next. As a leadership role, you'll have a real voice here. You'll work directly with ownership to help build the culture, develop the team, and create the kind of clinic where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Leadership or mentoring experience is great, but you don't necessarily need to already be a Clinical Director
• Enjoys helping other clinicians grow
• Values quality care over simply seeing as many patients as possible
• Excited about having a voice and helping build a great clinic culture
• Communicates well
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Cares deeply about the patient experience
