Clinical Director- Physical Therapist- Outpatient Clinic
About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Mooresville, NC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in a Clinical Director opportunity. While previous Clinical Director experience is not required, the role is ideal for an experienced PT ready for professional growth, additional leadership responsibilities, and to support the clinic's continued success. This position offers a clinician with 3+ years of experience, familiarity with balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and an interest in developing as a clinical leader, the chance to take the next step in their career. The Mooresville/Lake Norman clinic specializes in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation, treating a diverse patient population.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for NC licensure
- 3+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Experience or familiarity with balance and vestibular patients
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, and continued professional growth
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload averaging approximately 12 patients per day.
- Provide specialized exposure to balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Collaborate effectively with clinicians and support staff.
- Take initiative and demonstrate organized, dependable work habits.
- Develop leadership skills and mentor other staff.
