About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Mooresville, NC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join their team in a Clinical Director opportunity. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist with 3+ years of experience, some familiarity with balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and a strong interest in developing as a clinical leader. Previous Clinical Director experience is not required. The clinic focuses on orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation, with a patient population consisting of 65% Balance, Vestibular & Neurological, 25% Orthopedic, and 10% Other diagnoses. FYZICAL aims to provide exceptional patient care and create growth opportunities for its clinicians.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for NC licensure.
3+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
Experience or familiarity with balance and vestibular patients.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and support staff.
Interest in leadership, mentorship, and continued professional growth.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative.
