About The Position

We are looking for a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saugus, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PT who is ready to grow into leadership or an established leader who wants the chance to help shape a clinic and team from the ground up. Our approach to patient care emphasizes quality time with patients through a low-volume, 1:1 treatment model. As a leadership role, you will have a significant voice in shaping the clinic's culture, developing the team, and creating an enjoyable work environment. You will work directly with ownership to achieve these goals.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Leadership or mentoring experience is great, but you don't necessarily need to already be a Clinical Director
• Someone who enjoys helping other clinicians grow
• A PT who values quality care over simply seeing as many patients as possible
• Someone excited about having a voice and helping build a great clinic culture
