About The Position

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians to provide our patients individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state (Pennsylvania)
  • Someone who loves patient care and values strong outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations

  • Support clinicians to provide individualized treatment and plans of care
  • Promote efficient service utilization and program development
  • Collaborate with digital marketing strategies
  • Foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders
  • Facilitate and participate in continuing education
  • Provide mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
  • Track and celebrate progress
  • Serve as a coach, educator, and motivator
  • Collaborate with a supportive team
