About The Position

Results PT, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network and Ascension St. Thomas, is opening a new outpatient orthopedic clinic in Elizabethtown, KY in August 2026. They are seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role offers a unique opportunity for leadership development, direct patient care, and the potential for clinic ownership through an equity partnership model. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a positive clinic culture.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Passion for developing others.

• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the clinic's team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
• Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through professional development programs.
