About The Position
Outpatient (in ALF buildings) – Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) Territory: Northern Summit and Portage Counties Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Patriot is veteran-owned and family-operated. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school
- Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT), provide patient services which have been delegated by the PT
- Under the supervision of the PT, assist in evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation as required
- Participate in the preparation of clinical and daily progress notes
- Assume other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the PT
