About The Position
Patriot Outpatient Therapy is a veteran-owned and family-operated company seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to work in outpatient settings within Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in Northern Summit and Portage Counties. The role operates during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school.
- Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT), provide patient services which have been delegated by the PT.
- Under the supervision of the PT, assist in evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation as required.
- Participate in the preparation of clinical and daily progress notes.
- Assume other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the PT.
