About The Position
Patriot Outpatient Therapy is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to work in outpatient settings within Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in the Akron, OH area. This role operates during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school
- Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification

Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT), provide patient services which have been delegated by the PT
- Under the supervision of the PT, assist in evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation as required
- Participate in the preparation of clinical and daily progress notes
- Assume other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the PT
