About The Position

Performance Physical Therapy of Naples is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for its outpatient private practice. The role includes delivering personalized, movement-based care as part of an experienced team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and occupational therapists. The practice describes a steady patient caseload supported by physician referrals and word-of-mouth, along with seasonal patient surges. Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
Active Florida PTA license or eligibility for one.
Passion for personalized, movement-based treatment and commitment to continual learning.
Friendly, team-first attitude and strong communication skills.
Confidence managing a 30-minute treatment schedule while keeping care hands-on and high-touch.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and patient education under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist.
Document patient progress in the EMR and promptly communicate changes to the care team.
Contribute ideas to improve clinic flow and patient experience and uphold the clinic’s standard of care.
Participate in mentorship by learning from senior clinicians and, when ready, guiding students or new team members.
