About The Position
PruittHealth is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence. The role provides physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a post-acute care and skilled nursing rehabilitation setting. The position is located at 5530 Norththrop Road, Milton, Florida 32570, and is scheduled PRN. Compensation is up to $100,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
- Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
