About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This opportunity offers flexibility, independence, and the ability to increase earnings while providing meaningful one-on-one care in patients' homes. The coverage area includes Ocala, FL 34471 / Marion County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The role utilizes a pay-per-visit model with compensation ranging from $42–$50 per visit, plus quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. The company provides consistent patient volume and utilizes AI-assisted charting for efficient documentation, allowing clinicians to spend more time with patients.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
