Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Louisiana, or graduate of an approved PTA program actively working toward licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility
- Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals
- Document patient progress accurately and on time
- Promote a positive and team-focused environment
