About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their team full-time at High Hope Care Center, a skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in Sulphur, Louisiana.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or expected to graduate within 6 months)
- Current or eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
