About The Position

HTS is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work at a skilled nursing and senior living community in Rushville, IN. The PTA will treat a diverse caseload from short term rehab, long term care and assisted living populations. This PTA will also be Lead Therapist for the facility. Treat patients for a majority of the work hours while also performing Lead Therapist duties such as attending facility and team meetings, following up on therapy referrals, planning minutes and reporting any issues to Regional Director. Requirements

Active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or qualifications to earn Indiana license
Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program
Passing of a state-administered national exam
Fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure
