The role focuses on helping patients remain active, independent, and safely aging in place. Requirements

Licensed, practicing PTA with 3+ years of experience.
Passionate about helping older adults live independently.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Committed to timely documentation and high-quality care.
Confident using clinical judgment to individualize treatment.

Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload and provide individualized treatments.
Primarily treat patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), with occasional home/community visits.
Manage your patient schedule within the 9:00 AM–5:30 PM workday.
Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff.
Exercise clinical autonomy while collaborating with experienced therapists.
Complete documentation within 48 hours.
Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life.
