Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - San Jose
About The Position
CVHCare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its home health care agency. The role serves the San Jose and Morgan Hill area and involves providing home health care on the road. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and prior home health experience is not required. Schedules include a benefited 32-hour option (24 RVEs per week), a 24-hour part-time option (18 RVEs per week), and a per-diem option (6 visits per week). Non-traditional schedules, such as Thursday through Monday, are available. The posting lists a starting salary of $80,000 per year and notes that the indicated compensation is based on employees working a full-time schedule. This is not a remote position.
Requirements
- Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license.
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Valid California driver's license.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is desired; entry-level applicants are accepted and prior home health experience is not required.
