About The Position
Aspire Home Healthcare is hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to serve patients in the Redding/Red Bluff area and surrounding communities. The position provides home health therapy services as planned, delegated, and supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and function through compassionate, one-on-one care in their homes. Pay is per visit, with rates starting at $70 per visit. The role is listed as a day shift with road travel. The employee must be able to attend a one-day orientation at the Yuba City office. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California.
- Current physical examination completed within the last six months.
- Current TB test completed within the last 12 months.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to attend a one-day orientation at the Yuba City office.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of PT/PTA experience is preferred.
- Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow and implement the Plan of Care established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Prepare accurate daily progress notes for treatments provided, for review and signature by the Physical Therapist.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Submit visit records and documentation in a timely manner.
- Attend required in-service and on-the-job training sessions.
- Follow Aspire Home Healthcare’s established policies and procedures.
