About The Position
Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, in partnership with the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants for their outpatient orthopedic clinic in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on providing exceptional care and remarkable experiences, specializing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with advanced care for overhead and throwing athletes. They are hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants, including new graduates.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Ohio PTA license (or eligibility)
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
- Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs
