Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one therapeutic care in patients’ homes in Ocala and Marion County, Florida. The position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and full-time or modified-full-time schedule options. Territories are designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling, and consistent patient volume is provided. Compensation is pay per visit at $45–$52 per visit, with quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. The role includes structured onboarding and mentorship, a preceptorship program, ongoing clinical training and development, free continuing education units, and career advancement opportunities. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening is required as a condition of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools.
