About The Position
Uplift HomeCare is hiring a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide quality in-home therapy services throughout Tampa and surrounding communities. The primary service area is centered around Dale Mabry Highway and Waters Avenue. This is a field-based position, not remote, offered PRN/part-time with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit compensation based on experience and visit type.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Document visits accurately and timely.
- Communicate patient progress and changes with the supervising therapist and clinical team.
- Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in the comfort of their homes.
