About The Position

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting for a 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 36 guaranteed hours per week and focuses on supporting the Physical Therapist in delivering rehabilitative care to patients. The PTA will assist in improving patient mobility, strength, and functional independence through guided therapy interventions. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
• Active State PTA License required
• BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Ability to follow and implement treatment plans effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively under PT supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SNF or rehab setting preferred
